The 311SA Mobile App helps San Antonians connect directly with their city by submitting service requests for issues that need attention. Built by Cityflag, a civic technology company co-founded by Beto Altamirano, it has to date supported hundreds of thousands of citizens and facilitated over one million service processes. By using the app, residents can earn rewards, strengthen their communities, and make their neighborhoods better places to live.
